Use this site for information you should know before you move in to a community environment, if you presently live
in an association, or serve on the board of directors.
If you live in one of the communities managed by Bruce
Management, you'll be able to view or print the important documents for your property including Declaration, By-laws, Rules
& Regulations, and Applications for occupancy. Look for the links at the bottom of the page for your property.
Links for each association are located on the left side of this page.
There are links provided
to help you with many of the services you may need if you are part of a community. In addition, you'll find links to businesses
I'm personally familiar with and endorse.
Bruce Management is a not your typical corporate management company.
I started managing properties over 20 years ago when my family purchased a private airport resort in central Massachusetts
which I managed for almost 15 years. After moving to Florida in 1994 I discovered the enjoyable lifestyle that can be enjoyed
when living in a community environment. I quickly discovered, like many people who live in association, that there are many
benefits from living in a community environment, but there are also some individual sacrifices.
I was fortunate
enough to move to the Drake Tower almost twelveyears ago and was given the opportunity to manage the property in 2000. It
is now ten years later and I now work with eleven local properties. I've been a member of Community Association Managers Association
(CAMP) since 2000, a professional group that provides a great monthly opportunity for networking in the areas that affect
community living, by interacting with other professional managers and vendors.
With the knowledge I've gained,
I can provide some helpful information as well as referrals for services you as a member of a community will need at some
time. I hope you enjoy this site. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have and be sure to check back often
as there will be regular updates.
